Mission Statement
To empower, equip, and elevate spiritual leaders across India, Africa, and underserved regions of the world through intentional leadership training, spiritual development, and strategic support. Our mission is to raise up strong, well-supported pastors who boldly proclaim the Gospel and serve their communities with excellence.

Vision Statement
To establish a global brotherhood of senior pastors and ministry leaders—rooted in unity and love—that uplifts, encourages, and strengthens one another through prayer, connection, and tangible support. Our vision is to see leaders flourish in faith and function, regardless of their geographical or socio-economic challenges. We aim to provide monetary assistance to ensure these leaders and their ministries can meet basic human and operational needs such as food, clothing, transportation, ministry supplies, and protection.

Why We Exist
Many of our pastors serve in regions where Christian worship is restricted, poverty is rampant, and persecution is a daily threat. Despite these challenges, they remain committed to their calling. GFIMA stands in the gap to offer both spiritual and practical help. We are more than an alliance—we are a family united in Christ, committed to the survival, success, and sustainability of ministries around the globe.
